We’re there at each step of your journey. From the first phone call to your return home, we’re on hand to answer questions, coordinate logistics, and we stay in close contact with local guides and operators to ensure all goes smoothly. We take care of the details, so you can enjoy an exceptional travel experience.
Our services include travel consulting, travel documents, and coordination of each detail for your trip, such as activities and tours, accommodations, transfers, transportation, and English-speaking guides.
To help prepare for your trip, we provide pre-trip documents (approximately 3 months before departure) and final-trip documents (approximately 3 weeks before departure). The documents are a detailed guide with essential items from your day-to-day itinerary to a suggested reading list.

Question 3: I have a group of travelers with different ages and activity levels. Can we charter a small ship or arrange a private group trip?
Yes, many of the small ships we work with offer charters for groups. In fact, Expedition Easy founder, Nadia Eckhardt, is leading an 18-person multi-generational family on a private Galapagos ship charter in 2014. We have also organized custom land trips for groups with travelers from 8 to 80! Contact us with your group size and travel interests, and we can help find the right trip for your special group.
Question 4: I’m a solo traveler. Can I join your trips?
Yes! We have many programs with waived single supplement fees if you share accommodations with another solo traveler. We can discuss all the details regarding your specific trip interests.
Question 5: Can children travel on your trips?
Yes, many of the trips are perfect for children. Several of our trips have family departures, which have special kid-friendly activities and other family-focused highlights. Contact us for more information on trips that are best for traveling with kids.
Question 6: Does it cost more to book a trip with Expedition Easy?
No, it will not cost you more to book a trip with Expedition Easy. We offer the same pricing for our trips that are operated by our trusted partners. Often, our pricing will be less when our partners extend special promotions to us. Our trips with founder, Nadia Eckhardt, as a full-time guide are the same price as a trip with another guide.
Question 7: How do you send out travel documentation?
In an effort to limit the amount of paper that we consume, documents are electronically sent directly to your email account. On request, we can provide print documents.
